We at Ganache Europe believe that the quality of patisserie and desserts that is
supplied to the catering industry has gradually
declined until the point where the desserts taste
nothing like the dessert they claim to be. It is
becoming harder and harder to find a good quality
frozen dessert that can be labelled patisserie.
We began this business with the idea to supply
quality Frozen
Patisserie and
Desserts to the catering industry with the
emphasis on quality before price. The result is that
we are now producing all our range from scratch with
no flavourings, mixes, preservatives... using
traditional recipes. What we offer is a very good
patisserie dessert at a very competitive price.
